New Changes to come!

There are going to be some major changes to come for the American Western Army to better our self as a organization and for our alliance clans. By applying these new changes and improves it will make us more efficient and professionalized. During this re-structuring there will be some member removal's. You may want to know what these major changes are going to be and what these changes will bring. All that information is listed below, it estimated to take 2 - 10 days for these new changes to be applied and for applications to re-open. Please be patience as we are making it better for its members.

Changes:

New and improved Forum
Personnel Report
Improved Divisions
Only registered members able to participate in organization events
Only registered members able to receive medals and promotions
Only active members permitted within the organization
New Promotional Video

There are several new changes happening and if you partaking in this change is your choice. But be assured that inactive members will no longer be part of the organization. This is a list of what the changes will bring the American Western Army members.

Changes to bring:

New and improved Forum: Easier access to information, Able to put up more information about the organization and material, More professionalism towards the organization and its members, User friendly for guests and members.
Personnel Report: A report for all member of the AWA to see about individual members performance report in the organization, Providing a better overview for the members of their brothers in arms, Disciplinary actions against members
Improved Divisions: A better organized clan, Easier to understand the layout of divsions.
Only registered members in events and receive promotions: Reduces chances of espionage, Gives chances for actual members to partake in events rather than random players, Helps keep the organization effective and organized with trained personnel.
New Promotional Video: Increases the organization moral, Opens doors for new recruits interested in the Military.

So with these new changes there will be no more friend invites to private organizational events. Non-organizational personnel will not join the same posse as the AWA during freemodes, clan battles, ceremonies, meetings, or clan related events. All members must be active on the website, forum, and xbox live to keep their position within the American Western Army. The organization traits will be enforced from now on and with all these changes there will be new doors opening for promotions. During this time you will be evaluated by your superiors for referral keep that in mind.

Performance Test Updated

We have received messages from members and overlooked the results of the performance test. Many people agree that the test was misleading and/or hard to understand on a few or more questions. Resulting in a 19% pass rate of new recruits, must of which was to lack of study.

None the less the test has been remade which is much easier to understand and covers all the material and information that is given on the website and forum. If applicants take time and study this test should be a breeze. The test contains more questions to 33 from 25 questions. Containing true or false questions, and multiple choice.

Organization Expanding!

As you may have noticed we have started recruiting again, we will be recruiting an additional 30 members into the organization. As we grow and become more well known within Red Dead Redemption we would only be known as the RDR Organization. We want to expand! get will known in other ways than Red Dead Redemption, the organization is decided to have games in other games other than Red Dead Redemption but still within the organization and its members. Some games that you may have or consider would be:

Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising
Grand Theft Auto IV
Grand Theft Auto: The Ballad of Gay Tony

These games have specially been chosen for the fact that they are free roam games. GTA being a popular game will endless possibilities and events from policing, life of crime, governing a free mode, racing, and more. Offering its players with a variety of vehicles, weapons, buildings, and outfits to make use of. If you want to play a realistic military game then look no further Operation Flashpoint:Dragon Rising is the ultimate military game, giving you the possibility to simulate military convoys, ambush's, etc. You can command a four man squad or be in a four man squad as a member. Chose your squad be it Assault, Demolition, Medivac, or Recon, with a Humvee's, Tanks, Helicopters, and Jeeps. Requiring skill and cunning to turn the tides of war, use your environment to take victory.

This is only an idea at the moment you may participate in our Poll located in the sidebar, the Poll is only for official members of this organization. The Poll will last for 2 weeks by that end we will determine if we should proceed or not.

Well as you may have noticed there have been major changes and more to come. The forums may be linked to an entirely separate site with better forum management and look then the current one. The changes or add-on's will be:

Clan Battle Score Board

Members killed, deaths
Clan Name, Website
Videos of Clan Battles As Evidence

Detailed Report of Members (Only viewable by members)

Amount of strikes, penalties, warnings
Date of recruitment, promotion, demoted, awarded

Video Archive

List of videos (training, lessons, promo)
Clan Battle videos

Editing of existing pages
Additional Tests to be added for recruitment

Tests for every commanding rank you get promoted to

Most of these changes may take effect within a couple of days, some may take a few weeks to complete as some a bigger than others. The changes are being taken place to assist its members and guests with more information and opportunities that the organization has. Providing easier access without to much hassle of searching for it. For your convenience a search bar was added on the side bar under the pages. It is an internal search engine so you can find whatever you are looking for on the site much easier.

Website Changes To Come!

The website is going under construction and some pages will be moved or removed to better suit the online community. Our goal to make it easier to find what you are looking and easy to understand. Recruitment Reopening Soon!

July 25th will be the day the American Western Army 22nd Brigade will open up to recruiting again. We currently have 20 members and will only recruit 30 more. This is to help the organization get vital positions within itself filled so that it may operate smoother and effectively for everyone. The organization will stop recruitment once it reaches 50 members for 1 month (may take longer). Be sure to be ready to apply sooner than later the spots will fly by quick! You are not considered a part of the organization until you have filled out an application and registered an account with us.

The leader boards have been updated, with the top scoring players with in those events. The scoring is done by points and prizes awarded to members with the most points in all types of events. For more information check out Leader Boards under Organization Information.

Medals and Ribbons Coming Soon!

This organization will soon have medals and ribbons that will be handed out to our hard working, and courageous soldiers. There will be 15 different types of medals and ribbons that will awarded to soldiers for there performance, achievements, sacrifices, heroism, and more. It will be a great honor to present our soldiers with these awards. Will take effect by July 5th, 2010.

Recruitment Halt

The American Western Army 22nd Brigade will be stopping recruitment for a while to train and get the proper positions filled to effectively operate this organization. The Recruitment Bureau will open at a later time be sure to check back often to see the status of our recruitment.
